현재 한양대학교 의과대학 응급의학교실의 조교수로 재직 중인 이희경 교수는 한양대학교 의과대학을 졸업하고 한양대학교 대학원에서 응급의학전공 석박사학위를 취득하였다.
주요 연구분야는 소생의학, 독성의학, 중환자의학 등이며 국제학술지에 주요 저자로서 여러 논문을 발표한 바 있으며 현재 대한응급의학회 재무간사로 활동하고 있다.
