현재 한양대학교 의과대학의 교수로 재직 중인 김봉영 교수는 한양대학교 의과대학을 졸업하고 한양대학교에서 내과학 박사학위를 취득하였다.
주요 진료와 연구분야는 항생제 스튜어드십, 다제내성균, 요로감염 등 감염 질환이며 Clinical Microbiology and lnfection, Emerging Infectious Disease 등 국내외 학술지에 40여 편의 논문을 발표한 바 있다.
The Society for Healthcare Epidemiology of America의 2020년 International Ambassador에 선정되었으며 대한감염/항균요법학회 우수연제상, 대한감염학회 학술연구비상, Infection and Chemotherapy 우수심사자상,ID week 2020 international investigator 등을 수상한 바 있으며, 현재 대한감염학회 전산정보이사로 활동 중이다.
Professor Bongyoung Kim is an associate professor at Hanyang University College of Medicine, majoring in Internal Medicine (Infectious Diseases). He graduated from Hanyang University College of Medicine and earned a doctorate in internal medicine from Hanyang University.
Major medical treatment and research fields are infectious diseases such as antibiotic stewardship, multidrug-resistant bacteria, and urinary tract infections, and have published more than 70 papers in journals such as Clinical Microbiology and lnfection and Emerging Infectious Disease.
He was selected as a 2020 International Ambassador of The Society for Healthcare Epidemiology of America, and has won research awards from Korean Society of Infectious Diseases, Korean Society for Antimicrobial Therapy, ID week, etc.
