■ 자기소개
현재 한양대학교 의과대학의 부교수로 재직 중인 이정연 교수는 건국대학교 자연과학부 생명과학과를 졸업하고 한양대학교 의생명공학 대학원에서 분자종양학 박사학위를 취득하였다. 이후 한양대학교 바이오생명의약연구소에서 연구조교수로 재직하였으며 2018년 9월 한양대학교 의과대학 의학과 부교수로 임용되었다.
주요 연구분야는 암 유전학, 후성유전학, 종양생물학이며, 관련 분야에서 Nature Communications, Journal of Clinical Investigation, J Natl Cancer Inst, Cancer Research, Oncogene, EMBO reports, Briefings in Bioinformatics 등의 국제 저명 학술지에 30편 이상의 논문을 발표하였다.
